Mobilization and Efficiency
Square Robot and its local partners mobilize equipment and personnel to your location using low impact vans that serve as our warehouse and command center while on your location. Robots and equipment are also easily and cost effectively shipped via air cargo anywhere in the world.
We launch and recover our inspection robots through either the roof or side shell manway depending on the tank and product type during inspection. Roof launch and recovery can typically be conducted by a 30 tonne crane or by using Square Robot’s Bocker lift system.
Side shell launch and recovery is conducted using Square Robot’s proprietary Side Launcher system that includes a tank to valve manway adapter, 24” full opening gate valve, a vehicle chamber used to load and unload the SR-3 robot, and some ancillary kit and services that can be sourced onsite or locally by other service providers.
