Factory Mutual C1D1 & C1D2 Certified SR-1 and SR-3 submersible Robots
Square Robot field engineers and technicians utilize our Factory Mutual C1D1 & C1D2 Certified SR1 and SR3 submersible, autonomous robots to inspect Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) in accordance with API 653 and EEMUA-159 requirements while those tanks remain on-stream and in-service, and still containing low and high flashpoint products.
Our engineering, design and manufacturing team create and support our patented SR robots, delivery systems, and data processing and reporting capabilities that combines high precision autonomous navigation capability with sensors and PAUT and visual inspection payloads.
Our robot and navigation capability are designed to provide inspectors optimal visual and phased array ultrasonic tank bottom inspection coverage near the tank shell in your critical zone and to navigate closely around appurtenances. The robot is able to safely navigate into all areas of hover and swim inside the tank to provide additional visual coverage with cameras and PAUT directed toward the tank shell and other areas of interest.
